Margot Cotten is the only French girl who makes you travel for free from Nashville, Tennessee to the West Coast.
Margot (guitar/vocals), Louis-Marin Renaud (guitar) and Leo Cotten (piano/organ) have been playing together since their childhood. New members have been added to the band : Olivier Viscat (bass) and Alexandre Wajzer (drums).
Margot and her friends love vintage gear and collect old records. They listen to old cats like Leroy Carr and Robert Johnson as well as new guys - Israel Nash - and classic bands -The Rolling Stones, CSNY, Otis Redding to name just a few. Typical night with them ? Listening to vinyl and drinking good French natural wine.
When they are on stage they play Margot’s own material : a sweet mix of Emmylou Harris, Tom Petty, Gram Parsons, Bob Dylan and Steve Earle. The best French Americana you can dream of !
